Position : Senior Installation Engineer (Waterproofing) Job Code: SIE-INS-SN Job Type: Full Time Gender: Male (is a must) Education: B. Sc. Of Civil / Construction Engineering is a must University: Any Experience: (5-7) years of experience in Installation & Isolation field. Position Objective: The candidate will act as immediate line manager to Installation team members to make sure that project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected. Job Responsibilities: 1- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of Waterproofing isolation projects and scope 2- Develop and maintain project installation plans to deliver projects successfully. 3- Identify, secure and manage project resources so that projects deliver within agreed budgets, to agreed standards and to agreed milestones. 4- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client 5- Maintain effective and on-going communications and long term relationships with construction organizations and main contractors. 6- Identify ongoing opportunities for installation activities in different construction projects, and track them to increase the department role and expected revenue and provide ongoing cooperation with marketing department. 7- Prepare and track the technical and financial offers for the tenders and bidding's for installation projects. 8- Provide management with updated reports, compare actual work with time schedules and cost estimation. Language: V. Good command in both written and spoken English (is a must) Computer Skills: - Very good user of Microsoft Office Applications - Very Good user for Auto-Cad Program Initial Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: - Project Management Certification from a recognized institution/association (Highly Required) - Must have proven ability to deliver progress in managing projects and building successful team. - Deep Knowledge in construction projects and Waterproofing industries (Highly required). - Candidate must have good knowledge of various waterproofing systems and methods. - Must have onsite field management experience - Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships - Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing - Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills Comments : • Please send your updated resume including a recent photo to: ashehata@osman.net • Please mention the job Code (SIE-INS-SN) in the email Subject
